Evaluation of UNESCO’s MOST Programme
Trema partnered with UNESCO to evaluate the Management of Social Transformations (MOST) programme, its flagship science program linking research and policy to drive inclusive social change.
Using participatory methods and engagement with stakeholders worldwide, the evaluation strengthened program focus, governance, and sustainability. It further helped UNESCO turn evidence into actionable strategies that enhance visibility, drive impact, and support transformative social outcomes.

UNESCO’s Work to Address Hate Speech
& Discrimination
Trema partnered with UNESCO to evaluate its work to address hate speech and discrimination across education, communication, and social science initiatives worldwide.
Through a theory-based approach, the evaluation identified ways to strengthen collaboration, deepen gender equality efforts, and improve learning across UNESCO's teams. The findings are helping UNESCO refine its strategic direction and ensure its efforts continue to foster tolerance, equity, and social cohesion in the face of evolving global challenges.
